4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded or delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll work to resolve it.


5. Custom Design Services

Digital Product Licensing Agreement

Thank you for purchasing from Event Meet Sign. This agreement explains how you may use the digital files you've purchased.

 

What You Can Do

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Print the files for use at your own events (personal or commercial)

  • Print unlimited copies for a single event or organization

  • Resize files as needed for your printing requirements

  • Use files for multiple events held by the same organization

 

What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files in any format

  • Share files with other individuals, organizations, or event planners

  • Offer the files as a free download or include them in any product for sale

  • Claim the designs as your own original work

  • Upload files to print-on-demand services where the template could be reused by others

 

Custom Designs

Custom design work is subject to the same licensing terms unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you require extended licensing (for example, use across multiple organizations or for resale), please contact us to discuss options.

 

Multi-Event & Organizational Use

A single purchase covers use by one organization across multiple events. If you are a production company or agency purchasing on behalf of multiple clients, each client requires a separate license.

 

Ownership

Purchasing a product grants you the right to use the design—it does not transfer copyright or ownership. Event Meet Sign retains all intellectual property rights.

 

Enforcement

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of your license and potential legal action.
